This was the first year since the pandemic that Heckerling was held, live, in Orlando! And it was a great turnout and even better conference! From the “Recent Developments” session, to very specialized panning techniques, to broader, more everyday practical application planning for “everyday” clients – it was all there! It was an intense week, and a great week! Once again we have Glenn Henkel, J.D., LL.M, CPA and Joy Matak, J.D., LL.M, giving us a comprehensive and details review of the week at Heckerling!

Glenn and Joy will take the hottest topics and recent developments, the best of the best of the week –and they will be reviewing all of it (virtually) for the Greater New Jersey Estate Planning Council. Glenn and Joy have presented to us for the last few years and each time it has been one of the best events we had. They do an incredible job of presenting the best of the best planning ideas, and everything else that was “need to know” – and they are going to be doing it even bigger and better this year!

What’s going on in the world today? Rising interest rates? Have they peaked? Congress? The coming Presidential election? The 2023 “Green Book” and the current Budget and Tax proposals. Plus, everything else going on in the financial, tax, and estate planning world. The talk about proposed legislation and changes that might be coming. What happens in 2026? All of this and more has never been more critical than it is today. So what do we do and how do we plan for our clients today and moving forward?

Do not miss this event and get all the answers and the best of the 2023 Heckerling event!
