Application Form

By submitting this application, the applicant certifies (1) that he/she has practiced estate planning or practiced in a related field for at least 3 of the 5 years prior to this application (if not applying for an Associate membership); (2) that all licenses and or designations, if any, held by the applicant are current and in good standing including continuing education requirements; and (3) that he/she agrees to adhere to and respect the ethical standards of his or her own profession and the independence and standards of the other professions and disciplines represented in the Council. Annual Dues for the 2026-2027 year are $440, which includes the cost for all meetings, attendance, meals, and materials. Mid-Year Dues may be available at a lesser amount for those who join after 1/1/27.

Guest Fees for the 2026-2027 year will be $75 for virtual events, $100 for live events, and $125 for the year-end event in June. A Guest may attend up to 2 GNJEPC events per year, but attending additional events will require Membership in the Council.

Greater New Jersey Estate Planning Council is affiliated with the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils and joining can fulfill the requirement of belonging to an affiliated local estate planning council to become an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designee.
