We are very excited for our November event! A Special Elder Care and Special Needs Planning Update – What's New, Recent Developments, Recent Cases, New Legislation – is going to be the best ever, and even more important, very timely! We are very excited to have two very exciting and prominent speakers. Regina Spielberg, Esq., and Lauren Mechaly, Esq., from Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP, will be giving a comprehensive update on Elder Care and Special Needs Planning. Even if you don't specialize or your practice is not focused in these areas – it is more important than ever to have a basic handle and understanding of these areas. Elder Care and Special Needs issues are becoming more common, and more prevalent today, and they are impacting and affecting our clients – sometimes without us as professionals even realizing it – and it can significantly impact and effect the planning we do for them. This presentation will cover a high-quality, basic foundation, as well as provide expert advice, recent developments, changes in the laws, and recent cases – all of which can and will impact our clients, perhaps their parents, children, and others. These two well-known experts will also talk about new and changing topics, new laws and legislation, and recent cases which we as professionals have to know about. This is going to be a “Don’t Miss” event – and you can be assured that you will get great information from two leading experts in the field.
